2nd Annual Baltimore BuRB-A-Thon

Participate in the 2nd Annual BURB-A-Thon!
The BURB-A-Thon is a fundraiser where participants bird for a 24-hour period between May 5th-8th, finding as many bird species as they can and raising money by finding sponsors to support their efforts. Sponsors can be anyone and they support participants by donating either a set sum or sponsoring participants per species found.
Anyone and everyone can participate in the BURB-A-Thon, whether you are an experienced birder or brand new and we encourage individuals, as well as teams to participate.

Rules for the Baltimore BURB-A-Thon:
All birds must be seen within a consecutive 24-hour period between May 5th and May 8th
All birds must be seen within Baltimore City
For teams: all birds must be seen and heard by at least two members of a team
Funds are raised by participants finding sponsors; sponsors can support either by donating a set sum or by pledging a per-species donation ($0.75/$1.00/etc per species)
Funds can be collected by directing sponsors to our donation page, linked here: Support BURB and the BURB-A-Thon OR by checK, made out to “BURB, a program of Fusion Partnerships” and addressed to:
